Catch the landscape - young people's art exhibition on display

The international part of the project in Spain 30.10.-6.11.2022

The trip included young people from the area of Kuusistaan ry who are fond of visual arts or photography, and visual artists from the area of Aisapari.

 

During the trip, e.g. got acquainted with the activities of the GDR Valle del Guadalhorce ia Asociació Juvenil Almenaras. In this way, the young people got to know the local Leader organization and the organization that works with young people. Opportunities for future cooperation were discussed with the organizations and it was concluded that together with the local Leader group we will start building an Erasmus+ youth exchange for spring 2023.

During the trip, the participants got to try new methods. Visual artist Vanessa Narbonachoco led a meditative art workshop in Malaga, and the city of Riogordo organized an opportunity to visit a local school and participate in a gilding workshop led by visual artist Patricia Gala.

 

Artists from the Aisapari regionworked independently and organizedin addition a landscape workshop open to everyone in Riogordo Park; the local museum was also organized as a space for the project's exhibition.

Art camp of the working group in Villa Väinölä 24.- 25.4.2022

The working group included Elina Försti, Ulla Hautamäki, Jani Kaunisto, Marjut Mässbacka, Vuokko Oja-Hautamäki, Minna Rajala and Anni Viitasaari. The participants planned the youth art camp workshops and realized their own landscape-themed works. 

Youth art camp and exhibition at Villa Nelimarka 28-29 May 2022

At Villa Nelimarka, landscape workshops were organized for young artists from the area of Aisapari and Kuustaan ry; the teachers are Ulla Hautamäki, Marjut Mässbacka, Vuokko Oja-Hautamäki and Kristian Kaarna (virtually). At the end of the camp, the young people's works were exhibited at Villa Nelimarka.
